Our one-to-one coaching aims to help you reach a deeper understanding of your character strengths and use that knowledge for professional and personal growth and wellbeing.
PERSONAL growth, supported by nature
Character strengths awareness, exploration, and use can play an essential role in boosting happiness, strengthen relationships, accomplishing goals, improving work engagement, increasing physical and mental health, or searching for a deeper meaning in life.
Our 1-on-1 coaching is positive in focus, client centred, empowering, energising, and practical. Clients will work with an Outward Bound coach to understand one’s character strengths and learn how to use them in challenging situations to increase the clients’ resilience, wellbeing, and performance.
Our Strengths Coaching includes:
- Six sessions lasting 90 – 120 minutes;
- A VIA assessment and personalised report that helps the client to identify their character strengths;
- Sessions will take place in an inspiring outdoor environment while walking;
- High-quality follow-up development plan to ensure that the coaching sessions have a lasting impact.
